Reservations with bed & breakfast
the price for the gourmet dinner amounts between € 45 ,-/ € 50,-
with a min. of 3 x dinner/days we calculate the half board arrangement

Short stay, weekend or festive days
up to 3 days an additional charge of 2% can be requested.

Birthday Present:
1 nigth free for you,  celebrating your special day by us, with a min. stay of 3 days.

Bonus:
Reduction of 5% on the half board price for a stay of min. 14 days when your reservation is made with confirmation by credit card 3 month before arrival.

Special Present:
valid from 23rd March until April 4th, and November 4th to November 12th, 2012.
1 day more to benefit! stay 4 days with half board and you will pay only 3.

For your recommendation we will thank you with a gift. Important is that the guest in the moment of booking announce it to us referring to your recommendation.

Reduced rates for your children:
Bebés cots on request are on disposal free of charge.
Children up to the age of  5 years: free of charge with breakfast in an additional bed with two persons paying the whole price, dinner will be charged by arrangement.
Children from the age of 5: in an additional bed with two persons paying the whole price with breakfast € 45,- and with half-board € 60,- per day.

Cancellation and short-term changes
 In general are valid EU norms regarding to cancellations of hotel stays and journeys. Until 30 days before the beginning of the booked holiday we will not calculate anything; from 30 days to 14 days we will calculate 3 days; from 14 days before or early departure, belated arrival we will calculate up to 70% of the booked stay. We reccomend you to take out a travel insurance p.e. with Hogast. In this case you will pay only 5% of your booked arrangement and you are secure in case of a cancellation due to illness or other convincing reasons. There will be no more expenses in case of early departure, belated arrival or non-appearance. With pleasure we send to you all necessary documents and information.
