The experiment: be surprised by new dishes, flavours and menu sequences! Our kitchen crew show off their skills during our culinary themed evenings, like the rose gala dinner.
From May to October, you can dine under the open skies at our gourmet hotel in Merano. In the early morning, a lavish breakfast is served on our terrace as the birds sing in the background followed by coffee and cake in the afternoon shade and dinner beneath the stars.
Wines to complement the dishes are also available. We are particularly pleased to be able to offer wines from small, regional wine cellars. Sample the South Tyrolean Vernatsch or Lagrein red wines and explore the sparkling whites. Our wine tavern is naturally stocked with some exquisite drops of wine from some renowned Italian and international producers. We would gladly open up the wine tavern for you or accompany you on a walk through the mountain vineyards of our nearby wine-growing estates.
